What it is
DiSC is a powerful personality and leadership style assessment tool that provides valuable insight into how you approach work, communicate, and solve problems.

I have facilitated DiSC individual analyses and workshops for school leaders, whole school staff groups and business owners, leading to improved communication, reduced conflict, and stronger team alignment.Ā
Those who have completed the analysis are always surprised at how accurate the assessment is.
Planning our package
We start with the DiSC assessment which only takes 15 minutes on-line, followed by a debrief session of 90 minutes to explore insights and implications. Together, weāll identify opportunities for growth and strategies for applying your learning.

Working through the DiSC Profile and leadership strengths with Kate allowed our Senior Leadership Team to reflect on our own leadership styles as well as gain a better understanding of the other leadership styles within our team. It reinforced things we already knew we had but it also introduced us to new styles which we learnt more about.
The one-on-one sessions with Kate to discuss our predominant leadership styles were very worthwhile. As is coming together as a Senior Leadership Team at the end to discuss how our leadership styles can complement each other as a team. I found this process an effective way to reflect on oneās leadership practice and also to identify potential shortcomings which can be attached to our areas of strengths.

Having Kate come in and discuss the results of our DISC profiling was incredibly beneficial for our senior leadership team. Using the DiSC profiler helped me gain an understanding around my strengths and weaknesses. Ā From the results of the analysis leaders can see the most effective ways to communicate with colleagues who have a different profile.Ā We all tend to communicate with others in the way the works best for us, but that does not work best for your colleagues of a different profile.
